I had the single room and the aircon worked well, the bed big and comfortable with a soft quilt, kettle and mugs in room, constant hot water shower, modern toilet, toilet paper and some toiletries. An oasis of peace on a quiet street near a busy area with many cafes, eateries and shops and a 20 minute walk from the Giza pyramids. Small hotel on top floor of building with elevator. Also very nice rooftop terrace facing the pyramids open all night with no mosquitos. Excellent value. Nicer the more time you stay. Also some small bar/clubs nearby on el Haram Street and the surrounding area is open all night.

The studio is so cozy, makes you feel like you're home, well equipped, clean, and new; the bed size was good; there's even an oil heater PLUS the AC, free wifi, a balcony, a tall mirror, carpets, different levels of room lighting, accessible electric sockets, and the TV worked perfectly. We loved the place, and on top of all that, a competitive price.
