It was overally a great stay. The staff was super nice and atentive, the room was clean and comfy and it had an amazing view. The hotel is a few blocks from the center which makes it quiet in the night. The breakfast was really good. It got me going all day climbing and hiking, untill evening when I ate my second meal. Should I return to Baños there's no other place I'd stay at.

When our rental car from airport was canceled last minute they helped arrange all of our transportation. They also booked our waterfall tour for a wonderful price. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful views from the property.
