The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Julio was always looking at our needs and also was an espectacular tourist guide taking us to visit the Volcan Sierra Negra and also Minas de Azufre. Moreover, he liaise on our behalf with other tourist agencies and services in Puerto Villamil. We fully recommend his place to everyone and also ask him for tourist advice 😉

Featuring a garden, bar and views of sea, El Pajas is located in Puerto Velasco Ibarra, 200 metres from Playa Negra. The accommodation provides room service and a tour desk for guests. The lovely girl from the hotel was waiting for us at the boat she looked after us for our stay booked our lunch and delivered us breakfast to our balcony.

Ingrid, the host/owner, is wonderful! Always helpful, kind and welcoming. She gave us a tour of the island and informed us all the things that are available to see. The location is fabulous! Right on the beach where you can easily swim and snorkel. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Her bar is an excellent place to relax and meet other travelers. The accommodations are rustic but exceeded our expectations.

It is a homey and cozy stay that feel like home. WiFi, aircond, hot shower, bed are in the best conditions among all the places we stayed in Galapagos. Daniel & family are super host who will guide you and share the insider tips to explore Cristóbal. They made our trip extra memorable. Location is good which is easy to access to the restaurants, beaches, piers and airport. Highly recommended.
