We were greeted by a very friendly person, Judy. The apartment was clean and larger than expected. When I go back to Santo Domingo we will stay there again.

Ideally located in the heart of Santo Domingo's Colonial Zone, the Chao Mama is close to the Malecon, 600 meters from the Mercado Modelo and 500 meters from the Port of Santo Domingo. The inn has a terrace and is close to several places of interest, about 500m from the Catedral Primada de América, the Alcázar de Colón and the Museo de las casas reales. It's a basic hotel but Price quality 10/10

Location was perfect. If you walk around you realise that the house is located at one of the nicest hidden streets in the Colonial zone. Breakfast - in the nearby hotel less than 5 min away in a nice looking inner garden. Big supermarket - less than 10 min away. Kitchen has pretty much everything for cooking. Apartment is spacious with nice looking furniture. Very clean. Beds - super comfortable. Aircon not noisy.

Price. Guest house accommodations but private. Wi-Fi was the fastest and most stable of my trip to the Dominican Republic.

This is a very new hotel residence in the very centre of the Zona Coloniale of Santo Domingo. New, clean, nice, well decorated. There is a little kitchen in the room with everything necessary. There is even coffee and tea. The bed is really royal. There are balconies in every room. The inner court has jacuzzi and a bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Mr.Omar at the reception helped us in every sense. He really cared about us. Mr.Kamal was nice at the phone and listen to our needs. The best place to stay in Santo Domingo!
Fantastic classy hotel, great service, quilified staff, nice swimming pool-area with good vibe/great music. Nice interior. The breakfast was really good, with an awesome view. The hotel and the rooms are spacious. I had a king bed, very comfortable, great linnen and pillow. 👍👍 I had the oceanfront room. Unfortunately we stayed for just 1 night, so I can't rate other facilities.
The host was amazing and super communicative throughout the stay. She took care of any needs we had and chose a great restaurant for dinner and arranged transportation. This was so helpful since I was tired from travel and didn’t know anything about the area.

Excellent hotel for a short lay over in Santo Domingo, close to the airport, very friendly staff, I arrived late and hungry and they were nice enough to make dinner for me,also Otoniel at the front desk is very nice, polite and helpful ;)
