Aalborg
Aalborg Historical Museum is 700 metres from the accommodation, while Monastry of the holy ghost is 700 metres from the property. The nearest airport is Aalborg Airport, 7 km from Mortens Kro Boutique Hotel. Outstanding service, and the “take away” breakfast was really outstanding and exceptionally above anything we expect. The staff went above and beyond they are normal duties.
Højslev
The family-run Hotel Høislev Kro is situated 150 metres from Høislev Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with TVs and private bathrooms. The Skive Fjord is 5 minutes’ drive away.
Højslev Kro’s dining room features traditional décor, and guests can choose from Danish and international à la carte options. Packed lunches can also be ordered before setting out for the day.
Dinner was great. Rooms dated but updated in a very nice Danish style, super cleaned.

Hvidbjerg
Established in 1842, the charming Tambohus Kro is an inn that enjoys a unique location by the Limfjord opposite Jegind Island and close to Thy National Park.
The cosy restaurant, bar and a living room offers spectacular views of the fjord and Jegind Island and enjoys a warm atmosphere complemented by the open fire place.
Spacious room with Sofagroup and large bed. Very nice interior and quiet.
Vestervig
Set in Vestervig, 47 km from Jesperhus Resort, Thinghuskroen offers accommodation with a restaurant and free private parking. The accommodation features meeting and banquet facilities and free WiFi.
At the inn, all rooms are fitted with a wardrobe.
Snedsted

Hvalpsund
On a stunning waterside location right by the Limfjord, is the Hvalpsund Færgekro, one of the oldest inns in Denmark, with history dating back to 1532.
Hvalpsund Færgekro has an in-house restaurant with beautiful fjord views and during the summer season food is also served on the hotel terrace.
Lovely place, beautiful view, lovely people. We had a very nice time. Definitely we will come back one day!
Very cosy place, excellent dinner and breakfast, extremely friendly staff.
Stayed with a group of friends on a motorcycle trip, heading to Norway. Hotel is conveniently located a short distance from the trunk road exit. Arrived in time for a quick beer before very nice dinner… our rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was splendid with good coffee too. It was on the expensive side, but we were heading for the austerity of camping hytte life.. Happy to return and recommend..

Pleasant stay at the hotel with decent amenities. The dinner we had was tasty, but a bit on the small side. In the vicinity there is nice Østeraadalen park. Also, shampoos and shower gels provided are really high quality ones.
Very tidy and quiet room. We had a very simple dinner, but a great one! The steak and the burger were excellent, very soft meat from the nearby zones. The breakfast was also fantastic. A lot of choice among different tasty home-made food, and also very well presented. Super coffee too. I am 100% satisfied about my stay.
Everything was very good, the room, the bed, and other facilities. I had a very nice dinner at the restaurant and the breakfast was fabulous.
Very nice guest house.
The room and bathroom was small but actually had everything I needed, except a hair dryer 😉. It is clean and comfortable, very nice lobby. The Cabinn Aalborg is a perfect starting point to go see the north, Skagen, and explore the surroundings. It is located at the heart of the town, that is also very nice to go see, with a few shopping opportunities.
Wonderful location, quiet, small hotel which we prefer. Very friendly staff. Places to sit outdoors. Excellent 2-course National Park dinner.
Lovely location by the marina enabling walks through the boats & down by the fiord before breakfast or after dinner. Friendly staff and a fun little games room that we enjoyed. Fairly quiet (no road noise, just other guests, noisy early risers, as is often the case in hotels.)
