Everything else in this mini-hotel is just super, I highly recommend it, 10/10.

It has a great location in the town centre. The sauna, steam room, and hot tub were excellent, and breakfast and dinner had good food choices. I followed a specific diet and could choose food according to my requirements. All the staff are nice and supportive and professional.
Pension is very nice, with stylish furniture, rooms are really big and bathroom in room 12 was also very big and comfortable. Lots of sofas in the lobby and nice library too. Swimming pool is great and open til midnight, which is very nice after a long day walking around. Water is warm. Great place for exploring Karlovy vary.
Warm host and swimming pool was apt for beginners.
The Pension was vey clean, neat and comfortable. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Quiet location in a small town that offers some very picturesque walks. Highly recommended!
Restaurant and the dinner
We spent a weekend in Karlovy Vary and were very pleased with the accommodation in Promenada Romantic Hotel. Great location in the city centre, but nevertheless quiet during the night, very friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Hotel has an indoor pool and a small sauna. The breakfast was good with many choices. We also recommend the restaurant in the hotel. The dinner there was a memorable experience.
Good location, very close to hotel Thermal and 15 min walk from main bus & railway station. Billa supermarket at 5 min walk from hotel. Recommend to take room with balcony. At the top floor sauna, small swimming pool and jacuzzi are available from 9:00 till 20:00. Sauna is open from 16:00. Breakfast & dinner are quite good. Majority of people were speaking Russian, Ukrainian and English.
Everything was perfect. The highlights are the food from Paris restaurant, breakfast, the view, Finnish sauna and the nicest lady who attended me at wellness section for bubble bath. Also, it’s very very clean. Staff is very helpful and kind, I would repeat.
Great hotel with high standards of service. Staff was ery attentive and helpful. The hotel room was big and clean. All might need stuff was present. Nice and clean sauna (unfortunately, I haven't much time to visit all SPA facilities). Great choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner (bouffe). Nice bar with saxophone playing in the lobby of the hotel. Everything was very nice. I need more days to stay there! Highly recommended staying in this awesome hotel
Conveniently located at the beginning of the main old town street, the pension is a lovely spot with few windows that give to the castle (at least my did). Host is super nice! I guess the bed is biggest in town ;)
