We loved everything. Location, hot springs, food. They catered for our gluten and dairy free requirements so much so we had dinner there both nights. The garden is beautiful, private and quiet. The views are stunning, location is perfect.
Great chalet rooms, spacious, amazing views of the Arena Volcano. Really good facilities on site. The hot spa with 8 pools was very relaxing. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent
Fabulous location on a working farm that uses its produce for the delicious buffet dinners and breakfast. A lovely place to walk around on the trails including the observation tower.

The breakfast was included and it was amazing. Every morning we looked forward to their hearty breakfasts. My favorite was the fried plantains. We also ate dinner at the hotel restaurants and it did not disappoint. We had the most amazing view of the Arenal Volcano from our room. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the grounds keepers even showed me and my son a family of cool owls he had spotted in a tree.
The service was exceptional! Kevin, Steven, and Charlie were so helpful, kind, and went above and beyond. We had dinner at the restaurant on site and it was really good as was the free breakfast. The view of the volcano and lush tropical landscape with wildlife was really enjoyable as was the outdoor shower in our bungalow.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The pool area is beautiful, and the breakfast was a highlight of the stay. I recommend booking excursions through the hotel as well, specifically the Baldi Hot Springs. Great location - we brought a car, but were able to walk done to a Soda for dinner. I would stay again and recommend for others!

The Princesa de la Luna was such a wonderful place to stay while visiting the La Fortuna area. It was just far enough away from the busy town area, secluded and very peaceful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing and the staff was so kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.
Super friendly, really helpful staff. Loved the waterfall tour, the views at breakfast and amazing dinners!! Definitely recommend for a beautiful, rustic stay! We even had a sloth visit us on our terrace!!
