Located within 3.6 km of Tiananmen Square and 4.6 km of Forbidden City, Golden Inns Chain Hotel Beijing JianGuomen provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Beijing. Among the facilities at this property are room service and a 24-hour front desk, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is 2.8 km from Wangfujing Street, and within 2.2 km of the city centre. Highly recommended hotel for Western travelers! This was our first time traveling in China, and this hotel made the experience much easier. We checked in at 2 a.m., and the receptionist was waiting for us. Everything went smoothly from there. Our room was very quiet, and we slept like babies. The staff had a reliable translation device, which made communication effortless. They also helped us buy SIM cards, called taxis whenever we needed them, booked appointments, and even stored our luggage while we visited the Great Wall. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience! If we ever return to Beijing, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We wanted to stay near the Niujie mosque to have ready halal food to eat. The room was clean and comfortable and quite big with clean bathroom. It was a short 5 minutes walk to the halal food restaurant where we had hotpot dinner. The staff was English speaking and there are nearby bread shop and convenience store. Would return to stay here in future if we are in Beijing.
This small hotel is kind of a dream. Simply beatiful, you can see the great wall from the patio. The staff was lovely, the invited us and our son to craft things in traditional manner, the food was among the very best we had in our trip through China. Over all, this small and friendly little guest house was one of the highlights of our trip thropugh China so far. We todally recommend it to friendly people! Unfrinedly people: please stay away, this is nothing for you!
Lovely place and lovely family in a perfect location and strategic point to visit the Mutianyu Great Wall. Breakfast and dinner are included and was the best meals of our holiday in whole China!!
There is a very nice inner terrace for relaxing. The exhibition about Edgar and Helen Snow is interesting. The hotel restaurant provides rich breakfast and very good (and unexpensive) dinner.
Excellent hotel quite central and walkable to the sights! Very good breakfast, a lot to choose from. Also had dinner at the restaurant (buffet) and it was excellent too, a lot to choose from. Loved the room, spacy and clean. Good beds! Aircondition worked well and was not noisy. Friendly staff and there was always someone that spoke English well, so easy to get help when we needed. Will absolutely stay there again next time!
Condition of the Room: The room was clean and had a window. However, the beds were very hard due to the thin mattress. Service of the Staff: The staff was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating. They always asked at what time we would like breakfast or dinner and were very attentive to make our stay pleasant. Food: The food was very delicious and we enjoyed it.
Mr Zhang ferried us around to the tourist spots so made our life a lot easier. Mrs Zhang cooked delicious meals, breakfast and dinner. They are very friendly and approachable and gave us a lot of tips around the area.
The hotel is in a location easy to be reached both from the Beijing capital airport and the main tourist attraction. The room was comfortable, we had to use the air conditioning because of the hot weather in Beijing in those days. The staff was amazing, they helped us a lot with dinners, excursions, travels and this was crucial as very little people speak English in Beijing. Absolutely recommended
Location is very charming, and close to many sightseeing spots. The dim sum restaurant next door is a really nice place where to have breakfast or dinner.
Conveniently located near the Beijing Railway Station. Pleasantly surprised that they serve free supper and free use of laundry which included detergent. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant was also very good and value for money.
