The view from the room was nice. We had a view over the sea and saw black vultures and dolphins. The rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable. We had a bath too which was nice. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable. They really looked after us. Muchos Gracias. We had dinner in the restaurant which was nice but too expensive.
The location was fine but not easy walking distance to anywhere. We arrived at around 7pm and asked for recommendations for dinner but were told there was little choice. Perhaps guests should be forewarned.
Stunning location, really spacious hotel. Lots of good details, space to hang out with books and board games. We had a suite which was amazing, large bright windows with amazing view. We had dinner and breakfast. Dinner was exceptional, great chef with quality ingredients well executed. Breakfast was also lovely. Nice granola, fresh fruit, fresh home made bread and delicious home made marmalade. Freshly baked cakes. We had a hot tub, which was lovely if a little too hot!
Terrific yet simple accommodation. Beautiful, almost Asian architecture. Very helpful, efficient, friendly staff. Dinner in panoramic but intimate restaurant was delicious. Breakfast at communal table encouraged interaction with other guests from far and wide, sharing tips in several languages at once. Found street parking right in front. Memorable!
Great location in perfect walking distance to the town. Very friendly staff. Restaurant ambience could be improved but the food was good at dinner and especially at breakfast. Spacious rooms and nice pool and sauna which could be pre-booked for private enjoyment. Consuelo was extremely helpful to upgrade our room to a quieter floor for the second night.
A very clean, very comfortable place in a beautiful location with great views. The staff was extraordinary, even waiting up for us when our ferry arrived well past midnight. Breakfast was great, as was the optional dinner. Highly recommended.
we received an upgrade to a suite and this was very big and comfortable, with a fantastic view. Beds were great, bathroom OK. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant on the top floor of the hotel, which has an even better view. Overall, a good experience. Surprising given the dreary place that is Puerto Montt these days.
