My bedroom was downstairs, under/beside the wood stairs and a little noisy with upstairs guests in the evenings/nights I spent there. Everything is very tidy. The location is one block away from the Costanera and the Mapuche Feria and Ruka. The managers/owners are kind and professional. I loved my stay!

The host is a lovely woman who served up a fabulous breakfast. it has a nice pool although I was there just as they were opening for spring so it wasn't ready yet.
