Maine took great care of us from the very first moment when we arrived. For some reason we did not know that to sightsee around the park a guide is required, and we arrived without having anyone booked. Maine told us to jump to a car with her and she drove us to the park office, where we’ve got everything figured out. She ended up being our guide and she made sure that we saw everything that is needed to be seen around her beautiful island. We’ve been impressed with Maine’s warmth and ability to create a family- like atmosphere.
The property was basic but comfortable. Good hot water for shower. Very close to the airport and felt very safe. Common area was always open and people very welcoming.

It was conveniently located. It was surrounded by foliage. The innkeeper was amazingly hospitable.
The team came to pick us up at the airport and it was a seamless check in. There is no reception - it is more of a guest house style accommodation. However the team is available via booking.com messenger or whatsapp. We found the room to be well sized and a big bathroom. While we didn't use the pool due to inclement weather it was cute and the whole area felt secluded despite being off the main areas of Hanga Roa. It was easy to walk to anywhere in the town
Breakfast was very good. Dinner was excellent. Great location to walk for sunset or city center activities.

Even on the middle of the Pacific, the room was plenty of things that you need for the stay. And above all, the staff was incredibly nice. Especially the Japanese lady who welcomed us from the beginning throughout the stay was so nice.
This hotel is very basic, and located within a 10-minute walk from the center of Hanga Roa. The rooms are quite large, with no frills except for a fridge and lots of power plugs. There were exactly 2 sets of towels at the beginning, and that was it for 5 days. What I did appreciate very much was the friendly welcome at the airport with name tags and a shuttle bus to the airport. There was also a generous parting gift which was unexpected and reflected a very warmhearted spirit which could be felt throughout the property.
A simple rustic cabin that is yet comfortable and has everything you need for a couple of days exploring the island. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean is hard to beat. Cozy balcony, very friendly and responsive host, wonderful meet and greet and the airport. The location is excellent for those who want to be close to the city and explore Hanga Roa, walking distance to everywhere.
Breakfast was ok. Breads were dried out and they need more fruit. The restaurant for dinner was excellent and fairly priced.
