Great place for a pit stop. Kids loved the slide in our room. Everything clean and staff friendly. Didn’t use the kitchen facility but ordered dinner to the hotel. Perfect!

- Secure and convenient parking. - Very clean, comfortable and spacious room with a lovely bed. - Nice touches throughout the hotel and a well designed gym and sauna. - Delicious food - the nomad burger and pork gyozas were great for dinner and the breakfast buffet has lots of options and is really good value. Service was also excellent and staff very friendly.
Really nice and easy room with a window to the inner yard with outside curtains. Because of the hostel a public kitchen was included and a coworking space with a cafe/restaurant. Really nice bathroom and entrance area
Beautiful room and quiet setting! Lovely park around. Squeaky twin bed, but, heck it’s Switzerland, so the American King is not what you find outside of the big chains. Great breakfast and lovely dinner with lots of greens and fresh herbs at the Ayledo Restaurant adjacent. Great connection with public transport to downtown and airport.
The location was the best attribute. We arrived from the airport by bus and took the tram to dinner that night and the train the next day to Lucerne. All modes of transportation were right outside our door!
Excellent location to train or shuttle to the airport. They let us leave our bags before check in. They recommended a lovely restaurant close by for dinner.
The staff were so welcoming from the beginning, and this great service continued until we continued our journey. They couldn't do enough for us at all times. The breakfast and service was very good and I would recommend it to start your day. The location is ideal, as it was a tram ride from the station to a square below the hotel and another tram ride up the hill. Perfect!
I have stayed at these three linked hotels several times over the last few years and staff have always been very helpful. I ate dinner later on at the hotel and, although the service was not as perfect as it might be, the food was very good and enjoyable, especially the Swiss red wine. The bed was comfortable and bathroom fine.
