Awesome property that is an easy walk to Praia do Campeche and numerous restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious with good AC and smart TV. We really enjoyed the pool which is big and has nice shade for the hot days. Great spot to relax. The staff were wonderful with great communication for easy check in and out. There is a grill and kitchen we utilized for making breakfast. My highest recommendation for Campeche, a great and tranquil spot in Florianopolis

We stayed there for three weeks. The apartment was as on pictures and very cozy. Hosts were very kind and friendly, ready to answer our questions. We enjoyed the time spent here. Also, the beach is 5 minutes far from the apartment.

Situated in Florianópolis, within 5 km of Iguatemi Florianopolis Shopping Mall and 7 km of Floripa Mall, Hospedaria da Lagoa features accommodation with a garden and as well as free private parking... The apartment was perfect in every way.Everything was amazing! The bed was heavenly. The little kitchenette had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. And also a Nespresso coffee machine. Shower was great! Also location is very central, close to many bars, restaurants and supermarkets. But best asset is Paula who takes care of the property! well done!!!

The host Julia even took time for showing us the local trees and fruits in the garden, and helped us a lot with restaurant reviews and suggestions what we could do around here and and what the nicest beaches are. Such a warm and familiar place here!
