Talita has the perfect combination of friendly and efficient... Always giving tips where to go and to do, always on top of any challenges which may arises ( and did). Instead of focus on the problem she focus on the solution. I work in hospitality and I know our staff needs to work with us and not for us... I will give a suggestion of a share bonus between the staff ( proportional to their level and work hours). I really give 10 to all.

Vila Nakau is one of the few pousada that can offer such a view. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is always ready to satisfy your needs. Claudio and Nanà, the owners of the pousada, are wonderful people who will be ready to welcome you in a reserved and warm way. We are very happy to have met them. Thank you, without you it would not have been the same experience.
