She even got me the bus tickets ahead so I can catch it early without any delays trying to purchase it on the same day. Areas for improvement: - I stayed in room 5 and the cold was unbeatable. The 3 blanks in the room were useless. The hotel should invest in any sort of heating system. That being said, Having the bed under the windows with short curtains wasn't a good idea. .
