The facility itself—our room, the dining room and central outdoor room—with hammocks and shade, the pools, especially the indoor pool, having towels available, the beauty of the landscaping and the signs identifying birds and trees. The quiet of the area. Great breakfast, having tea available in the afternoon, the area for reading inside. Having the agency right on the grounds, with excellent agents for booking activities, and making changes when I asked, including finding a guide who spoke English.

We were made to feel very welcome. Everything was thoughtfully planned. The food was delicious and the place very special. We did the horse riding. Although beginners, we felt very safe and the horses were so lovely. The staff were so friendly and helpful. This place will stay in our memories.

Everything was exceptional. From beginning to end, the staff were amazing, very communicative via whatsapp. The food was always fresh and super tasty. Local fish everyday!! The cabins were very spacious and well maintained, very clean. Activities were organised to be at a reasonable pace. The heat and humidity meant that it was easy to become tired and overwhelmed, so the guides would provide breaks and downtime in between.
Perfect location for visiting down town Campo Grande - while the neighborhood might not be exactly the best, the hotel is easily within walking distance to most central attractions. The hotel is very well organized with a restaurant that serves lunch and dinner - in case you don't feel like going out for a bite for a modest price. Our room was quite spacious and very clean but the hotel is a little older so some things are warn down but not to the point of it being a problem. Breakfast was great, with lots of options.

Property exactly what we were looking for, beautiful and peaceful as we wanted. food was absolutely great. chef really know his deal! We were very happy with dinners and breakfast. Chef as good as any Top restaurant in Europe or US.
OurThe staff was incredible! Special mention to Vander, he went all the way to make our honey moon the best! Candle light dinners and all The place is amazing, the river facilities!
