Guy is very friendly and the hotel itself is quite amazing. The former nunnery is a remarkable structure and the slightly spartan rooms reflect the atmosphere very well. Breakfast was excellent. The interior is stunning, beautifully renovated, while the character of the old building is still well preserved. The room we stayed in was fantastic: beautiful, cosy, with a very comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. Finally, the hosts are very friendly and helpful.
