Breakfast: meet the standard - bread, croissant, jam and butter, egg, ham and meat, fresh fruit, toaster was broken, fresh juice, coffee is normal. Dinner: good food with reasonable price Sound proof: unexpected it was quiet for me, did not hear any sound Room: water boiler, coffee machine, welcome drink is small bottle of water, bath rob, slipper, soap only (no shampoo nor body wash), body cream, normal plug & USB charging portal next to the bed Parking: only the public parking near by Facility: did not have time to use

Dinner was served which was great as the place is a little out of town.

Exceptional friendly staff, great breakfast and dinner. All the facilities were extremely clean. Perfect place for relaxing.

The host was really friendly and helpful. Quick clear communication. Since there was no kitchenette, they lend us cutlery and plates to have our dinner.

Very friendly and helpful hosts. A comfortable and well equipped room in a private area of the house. Booked us a table at a very good local brasserie for dinner. Breakfast excellent and plenty of it. We weren't able to fit in the apple pastries which had been baked for us so these were packed in foil to take with us - they were delicious.

Awesome breakfast - great location with the Battle of Waterloo site close by. The resturant for dinner was amazing

If you are looking for quite and calm place to sleep, this apartment is the best for you. Everything was super clean :-) Christophe and Stephanie are both very kind and helpfull. For the trips to the Antwerpen/Brussel/Bruggy we recommend to use train from the Ottognies station. Its cheap and very quick. You can park your car next to the station. The price is reduced if you are train passengers. For the dinners, public live and cinema, we recommend Louvaine la Neuve.

Comfy bed and a nice new looking shower! Spacious and on 2 stories, cooked dinner in a little kitchen and had everything we needed :) would recommend!
