excellent location, very friendly staff, nice traditional breakfast, room a bit small but very neat, clean, quite, beautiful view. This place worth more than what I paid. best location in smiggin holes with parking provided. Will come back next year.
Jindabyne
Located opposite Lake Jindabyne, the lively Banjo Paterson Inn, Jindabyne's premium pub offers an on-site brewery, 2 bars, a restaurant and live entertainment. All accommodation features free WiFi access and a 50-inch SMART TV. Highly recommend Banjo Paterson- newly renovated rooms and was surprised that it was able to comfortably accommodate our large group of 7. Breakfast was great, friendly staff and service. The pub downstairs was good and the property was right in front of the lake!

snow boarding injury day 1....perisher medical centre, x-ray, confirmed clavicle fracture, Guthega Inn provided the best place to rest, recover and prepare for the journey home. Genuine hospitality and caring from the hosts and their dedicated staff, greatly appreciated.

The Alpine Hotel at Cooma is simply brilliant. Great staff, beautiful updated facilities with with comfortable rooms upstairs. Food was also excellent. Can't wait to come back for another visit. Cheers guys!
Location was convenient enough to the main Jindabyne shops etc. While it's cold, you would still have to drive at night for dinner unless you want to walk far in that cold night temperature.
The location of the Inn is good close to the slopes
There was no breakfast, they couldn’t open the dinning room for us, very unsatisfactory
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The inclusion of breakfast and dinner is the highlight. It saves you a lot of hassle after a day of tired ski. The breakfast and dinner is great (the photo is breakfast). We had the self service BBQ with salmon, prawn and scallop. Room temperature is kept at a comfortable level by the heating panel. Most room has car parking spot in front of the room.
They had bar, pool table and few fun arched games for kids. Kids loved it. Breakfast was awesome which was included. Dinner was good as well. Was peaceful and bful Kids loved the small play outside
Great location, staff and service. Inspirational views. Nice bar and great food/dinner at the restaurant
It's a great value for money, 30min by car from jindabyne. The communication with the host was excellent from the beginning and the checking process flawless. Instructions were very clear and the place itself is lovely. There's everything you need and more. Extremely clean, well equipped and warm, which is very important after the whole day on the slope. Thank you very much for a wonderful getaway.
It was really cozy, clean, comfortable and warm. The perfect place to come home to after a long day of skiing. There are great board games and puzzles available which the kids enjoyed a lot. Just make sure you take the bus which conveniently starts in front of the apartment instead of taking the car to the slopes. Finding parking in the evening is a bit tricky. Hence park it in one of the free public parkings at the beginning of your stay and then only take it when you leave again.
Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety. On site lunch and dinner options were also good, we tried the Local pub, Japanese, and Pizza , all were excellent with Japanese being a stand out. Rooms were always toasty warm, beds very comfortable with good support for sore bodies after skiing. Perfect location to get to ski lifts and other activities. Live music in the evenings by the fire and kids movie night were also lovely , unexpected bonuses. Staff were very helpful and informative for complete newbies to skiing
Innkeeper Mark is a gem.
