Very nice and big room with a view, comfortable beds, the shower had great pressure and there was a spa bath tube Super friendly staff that greeted you with a smile every day and did everything to make our stay as good as possible,, great Argentinian breakfast . Don't forget to ask the reception about the great traditional indigenous Mapuche restaurant , a very nice experience !

Set in a charming Alpine-style cottage surrounded by garden, the hotel offers spa services and an indoor swimming pool. Manzano Bay is 1 km away. Wi-Fi and private parking are free. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Our space was spotlessly clean and very comfortable! We loved the option to have the breakfast service delivered to our room. Our kids loved the pool and game room, and we enjoyed the sauna and steam room. We will definitely stay here again!

We were given super advice on local hikes as well as wider travel advice on our further Argentinian and South American travels - all in fluent English! This was really appreciated. The hotel has lovely, warm clean rooms and a very nice communal area where you can help yourself to a hot drink. Really felt like a home from home. Thank you!
