The host and the staffs were very friendly. The previous reviews helped us to find the location easily as the entrance is from back side of their dental clinic which is also owned by host who is a dentist. They opened a new restaurant and we had breakfast there. I would recommend this place. Just 15 mins drive from sevan lake and monastery.

We spontaneously booked as it was the closest place to where we were stranded.Seva picked us up together with the bikes and gave us the warm welcome we really needed. It's a nice and calm place, close to nature and we really loved our time there! Seva is a great host!
