Set in Sarandë and with Saranda Bay Beach reachable within a few steps, Villa Xhefri offers a garden, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. I found the location to be private far, much better than being in the center of town where parking is difficult. Also, the private beach at the property was very nice and convenient, even though it was rocky. Breakfasts were good, much more you can eat.

The tranquility, cleanliness, hospitality and professional behavior of the staff are the main reasons that make you come back again and again. This time we arrived early in the morning, a few hours before the check in time, and the staff made sure that the room was ready very quickly, giving us the opportunity to check in earlier. The parking lot is good, safe and in a cool environment.

The hotel is new, very clean, and has a modern design. The garden is beautiful and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. They also have an electric car charger, which is really convenient. The Alb’Sun Hotel was one of the best surprises of our multi-city stay in Albania. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to rework our entire itinerary in order to be able to extend our stay in this hotel. I can confidently say that the Alb’Sun Hotel is one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in, anywhere. Furthermore, the owners and staff were warm, kind and incredibly thoughtful. The unit we stayed in was spacious, beautiful, and impeccably clean. As a detail oriented person, it’s thrilling to find a hotel where it is clear that similar attention was put into the design, aesthetics, and furnishings of the units. In addition to the beautiful interior, the unit had a great balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the boardwalk. The beach that is right in front of the hotel was also our favourite beaches that we swam in during our stay in Albania. In summary: the hotel and the team running it were one of the highlights of our trip, and we look forward to visiting them again in the future.
