The property is nice, the staff is very welcoming. We took half board and our breakfast and dinner were included. While breakfast buffet was average, dinner buffet was pretty sad. Nothing much to eat and even within the available cuisines, key dishes were missing. Pretty disappointing dinner buffet, else everything was excellent. Rooms were very big, property is very well maintained.

Breakfast was OK, the restaurants not included in the full pension were good. Clean, nice beach that's not overcrowded and has reserved spots. Nice room, new, solid and clean.

Well there is nothing at the resort that I didn’t like, it was a fabulous experience, a very good room, dinner at Mekong where Imran was a really good host, breakfast at Sea breeze and even at Kids club, where Mary ensured my kids are engaged, they didn’t want to leave the kids club.

My family is not happy because of the pool water is very hot and break fast and dinner is not good like normal.

Kids activities were superb, the dinner team were very supportive with our child, the pools were great, the facilities are nice with great vibes all over the place , in short overall great experience

The dinner and breakfast were delicious, and my daughters absolutely loved the kids club, especially the crab hunting activity (سلطعون). The rooms were spotless, and the swimming pool was very clean. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. A special thanks to Mr. Hani at reception for his help and kindness. Highly recommended for families!

"Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The room was spotless, spacious, offering a complementary view of Creek. Room was beautifully decorated as we had travelled to celebrate our Childs Birthday. We had the pleasure of enjoying both breakfast and dinner at their on-site restaurant, and we must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing. Service staff Dhanushree and team had served us with warm smile.

This property is amazingly beautiful. I enjoyed my solo visit , the beach area is well maintained and stunning. Staff everywhere were so friendly and polite , my room was upgraded thanks to Abrar, I wish I can remember his name properly.. the gentleman was so helpful. Had dinner at Levant & Nar with stunning sunset views and delicious food. The breakfast at the hotel was fresh of great quality and variety . There are water activities to enjoy. The overall experience relaxed and refreshed my soul.
