I highly recommend Hue 1962 INN! Our stay has been lovely! Our plane had a delay of 6 hours and we arrived at 2am - the hosts waited for us and instantly made us feel at home and have been the kindest hosts for the whole time we spent there. They anticipated our needs and we didn’t have to ask for anything. Our room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I loved the place itself too: cozy, elegant and charming. I wish I could stay longer! Also, the location is perfect for visiting the citadel.
Chi and her family were so lovely I was only here for the night but they invited me to eat dinner with them with no extra charges. Facilities are amazing there is a little garden and kitchen set up outside if you don't want to disturb the family. Such a lovely stay.
The lounge is a total joke. The coffee machine “opens” at 10 AM. Very skinny food options. The whole hotel seems to be lacking professional management. Every individual group does fine - front desk people, laundry people, etc - it’s not a cohesive stay experience for the guest. The guest is not the focus here. Cost savings seems to be. Facilities are good but again it’s haphazard. Strong professional management would make a big difference.
Dinner and breakfast were very good. Staff at the hotel were very professional & friendly. The staff in the restaurant went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and well above standard. Enjoyed the pool on a very hot day.
The kids enjoyed a lot the inner pool and also watching Netflix on the evening. The family room we got was quite big and modern. The bathroom was super new reburbished. The staff was super kind and helpful.

the host was very, very nice to us: as we arrived late, he brought us fruit and something for dinner. Also, we left one thing behind and he sent it to our next destination.
The rooms are clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was very good too.
it’s spectacular pristine beach location with beautiful tropical grounds. The old Hue style rooms and Villas are better in real life than their photos online with outdoor shower and the most gorgeous sunrise beach view to wake up to.
Rustic beach bar with sun lounges for lunch and a sunset drink. Loved the villa’s restaurant design with their big arch windows and good food at dinner. Staff so lovely and helpful.
