Concept of British author/poet, was a cute idea. Staff was friendly check in and check out.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
check in - person at desk actually walked me to the elevator to show me where it was and how to work it. Parking was easy and close to front door. Dinner was really good - Caesar salad with grilled salmon - delicious. My friend had tacos - best ever.
Old furniture and not very clean. I made sure not to walk barefooted.
Staff Not helpful. Lazy shuttle driver. Did not helped me with luggage. Dropped my luggage on sidewalk and left while I was going for a cart at the airport
Quality inn corporate should not allowed this hotel to used their name.

Our flight was diverted and we ended up having to stay the night in Saint Louis. The Quality Inn hotel was very conveniently close to the airport, and they provide a free shuttle, which was very helpful.
I believe the night manager is Travis, very nice and helpful!! I left my ID at home but have a picture on my phone and he approved it, which was excellent as my friend had delayed flight and arrived after midnight. I had a nice dinner too!
