I love this place. It's so convenient to get to from Raleigh and super convenient to walk to the beach. It's just a couple of blocks, and while one of the roads is somewhat busy, there's an easy crosswalk. There's a coffee shop right on the walk as well. The rooms are cute and the deck upstairs is wonderful in the morning. The Carolina Beach State Park is really close by--go on the flytrap trail--as is Fort Fisher, which has a lovely beach too. I also stopped by a lot of the public beach accesses at Kure beach on the way to Fort Fisher. Just great all around, and you can't beat the price!

I liked the location, close to everything. Nice entrance to the beach.. everyone staff & guests very friendly.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Breakfast was good -just like at all the other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. The kids enjoyed watching the high rise construction crane working the public parking lot across the street. The kids also enjoyed the small indoor pool.
I would expected more. They wanted a $250 room deposit from me. I’ve never heard of this before. Still have not seen it returned in my bank account and the stay was in the beginning on June. The hot tube in our room didn’t work and the hot tube by the pool didn’t work! When I walked in the front desk lady was having a controversy about another guest paying twice for her stay it was very uncomfortable! I will never stay with you again.
We fell in love with the house, I miss being there already. The location was perfect not far from uptown and not far from Wrightsville Beach had dinner at dockside my dogs love being there as well they enjoyed their vacation at that beautiful home I would like to rent the house again in the fall around October if that's possible. Also the staff with Vacasa were great very friendly and efficient.
The breakfast was wonderful , the staff serve graciously. The dinning area and view was beautiful. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was the highlight.
The Coastal Inn is not fancy but the accommodations were super clean, the bed was comfy and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. This place was perfect for our one-night stay in Wilmington. It was close to Greenfield Amphitheater ($10 Lyft ride) and super close to the BEST breakfast place ever - Goody Goody Omelet House!!
Everything and location was perfect. I love that. I could walk to go have a nice dinner and looking at shops. Love the decor in the apartment very nice.
The rooms were large well laid out. They had a sofa and nice rolling table and ottoman so you could clearly give the design has six people dine for dinner there, which was nice. Big TV NICE kitchen area.
