From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with this hotel's esthetics and staff's customer service mentality. This was the first time we've stayed at a Residence Inn by Marriott, and I can confirm it will not be the last. We were impressed. Loved our room and appreciated the breakfast.

It was a fair stay for the low price especially if you have a pet. The room seemed clean but did have a faint smell of urine. Though everything is older, it did appear clean. We observed a dog walking down the hallway while peeing. This is not the owners fault but if they are going to have so many animals staying, they probably need to get rid of the carpet in the hallways. This is a no frills inn but it was very low priced so I can’t complain. The staff was very nice and accommodating with what they had to offer.

Very clean and up to date. Best Comfort Inn that we’ve stayed at. Everything was in good working condition. The breakfast was excellent for a “hotel” breakfast.

Breakfast we were told was beginning 6am. We needed to leave early so we went down but breakfast was not ready until 7am, so we left without breakfast. Other than that, everything was excellent!

From the beginning of check in process, to the end. I was there on a one day staff for basketball games and had a good experience. Clean, quiet room. Price was good and the breakfast out the door was convenient. The night receptionist was very kind and when I had a question about the waffle maker the morning of check out, another lady so kindly made it for me. Thankful for a smooth stay! JESUS CHRIST IS COMING BACK! REPENT AND LIVE FOR HIM. God bless you!

This Inn is a little gem. It is older, but the rooms are nicely appointed and mine was very clean. My bed was very comfortable too. I liked that the rooms are only accessible via going through the lobby. That is comforting to someone traveling alone. The front desk was helpful and very courteous. This is going to be my go-to place every time I'm in Wichita Falls. A++

Hampton Inn is always comfortable and friendly. I've stayed with this company from Anchorage to Port Aransas and it always feels like home. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed. They could not find our reservation. Had to go to Quality Inn late in the night.
