Close to Elvis' Graceland which was the reason for the visit to Memphis. Gated area to keep Memphis lowlife away from the scene. Quiet area to get pleasant sleep.

The room was horrible got there I was snowing so went out to get food had to warm it it up when I got there but when I got in my room the microwave was dirty phone was nasty so they gave me different room and the bed sheets were dirty , there was a dirty sock on the side of the bed . Ask manager can she accommodate me? She said the only thing she could do is give me my money back and I can go to a different hotel
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The inn is old, and they are trying to do an update. Yet, there is more that need to be done. The front desk staff can be more friendly. Their coke machine needs to be repaired and provided a small Breakfast. They can also update their small lounging area.
This is our second stay at the Radisson in West Memphis. We like the location, our room, and the staff is always very helpful. We also really like having a restaurant on the premise. After a long day, not having to go out for dinner is great! Their salads are excellent!!
Breakfast was hot and plentiful, selections were reasonable and coffee was hot and good. The room was a nice size with a wonderful shower. Staff were courteous and friendly. Several restaurants were nearby for dinner.
The location was easy to get to coming from the west. Not quite as easy from the east, but GPS got us right there. Having cracker barrel next door was a plus for our evening dinner. 10 minutes to downtown Memphis, perfect!!
The location was good 😊 scenery 😊 the size of room magnifying. I love to choose Quality Inn as my overnight stay. Close location to my amusement spot (the casino).
I love the continental breakfast at Quality Inn. The breakfast menu is exceptional 😊. Above all the reception service would make you choose Quality Inn every time. Although there are other hotels around, just as nice, but the rate is good here, would make Me choose Quality Inn every time.
