Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We stayed in the private comfortable and very quaint cottage behind the house. It was our wedding night so we added the romance package, we checked in early for our wedding day and were greeted with a dozen red roses, chilled bottle of champagne, box of bourbon chocolates and courtesy romantic dinner reservations at a local authentic Italian restaurant.
A nice inn right in Bourbon country. Everything was very nice. It’s an older building but our air conditioning worked great. Liked the snacks/breakfast items that were available at anytime. We had a very nice dinner there and the breakfast was perfect for us.

Loved the history of the Inn. The bar and dining room were well done. The cocktail and restaurant menu were excellent. Free hot breakfast was a plus! The Innkeepers were very nice and accommodating. Will go back when in the area.
I felt the facilities were quite nice, and the room met our expectations. The dinner we had, and the breakfast we had or as expected, and we were pleased with quality of the food and the service. There was Watermain issues upon our arrival but I believe the staff conduct sells well in light of this difficulty.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to places to eat for lunch and dinner. We chose this hotel because it was close to Keeneland, which was the reason for the stay. The hotel was on the same road as Keeneland, so the drive was really simple to get to the track, which was about 10 minutes down the road. Great breakfast! Friendly staff!
Walking distance to downtown and shopping. The Inn was beautiful, the staff were so friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious! The staff also recommended local sights to see.
