Room was nice and clean bathroom nice clean the bed was huge wasnt the most comfortable but it was huge so nice to strech out on and yeah overall was nice place! The staff was very swet and professional and were very welcoming. We will be back for sure!

I didn't say booking.com told me the total was $117 with tax plus $20 pet deposit which was fine I get to the property they wanting to charge my card $217 plus $20 pet deposit they wanted an extra $100 for incidentals I've never heard of anything like this before I noticed the hotel right next door there parking lot was full and sleeping inns parking lot had maybe 2 cars in it that's probably the reason why.
The hotel was excellent with parking availability the only shortfall. Breakfast choices were limited in the coffee bar but it met our needs. Dinner at Soma was wonderful.
The staff was super friendly! Great breakfast selections, comfortable rooms, water pressure in the shower was amazing! There is a Subway in the hotel, so finding dinner was easy. Great location. Definitely my new go to for when I visit Tulsa!
The local was perfect for all the things I wanted to do: only 3 blocks away from the Woodie Guthrie and Bob Dylan centers and only 4 blocks from the historic Greenwood district. Many great restaurants in the area, so I tried four different ones for dinner during my 4 night stay -- all easy walking distance.
Historic hotel vibes. Room we booked was a mini apartment which was great. It was spacious, well appointed and comfortable.
Special shoutout to Geneva at the front desk. Lovely attitude, winning smile and clearly focused on making sure customer experience was as good as possible.
