Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The grounds were so beautiful and the Inn was right on the Susitna River. We loved the fact that we could walk to everything in town. We walked to Conscious Coffee for breakfast and then to the Roadhouse bakery for a world class cinnamon bun.
The cabin is adorable, spacious, and in a great location. We loved walking the couple blocks to town for dinner or coffee, and walking to check out the river.
Best place to stay in Talkeetna! This historic Inn offers friendly staff, a good selection of drinks an live music. Its wooden terrace is sourrounded by foodtrucks, so you can grab food an it eat on the property. The backyard offers enough space to hang with a drink and get in touch with others. Highly recommended!
Cute little cabin. Very clean and stocked with more than I would have expected. Cookware, dinnerware, spices, snacks, etc. Bed was comfortable. A nice newer smart tv and wifi. Will definitely come back in the future. Deanna and Rick are good people- very pleasant, great communication…
My husband and i stayed here in late August and the Cabin was roomy, clean and the bed was comfortable. The cabin had everything to make our stay great Don the owner was very friendly and hospitable.
The cabins are in walking distance from the Talkeetna railroad and about a 8 min walk into the centre of town.We liked that there was a resturant open from breakfast lunch & dinner right next door.
We would definately stay here again.
The cabin was very clean and nice. Spacious enough for the two of us to have our luggage and not be stepping over one another. The owner was really nice to chat with. He gave some great information on things in the area. Wish we had had more time to sit and chat with him. Latitude 62 is next door and they have a great dinner and breakfast and you can walk there.
