Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
As a regular who frequently books with Magnolia as well as their sister property next door homegate inn and suites, I must say that pretty what you see is what you get. The rooms are decently sized. Larger than most rooms you'll pay for under $100 a night. Staff is usually accommodating when there are any issues with equipment ex( malfunctioning tvs, microwaves, AC units etc.) close to hwy 55 for those that want a direct line to Memphis. And close to many shopping.
The hotel and our room were clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, cool, on a hot, steamy, stormy, murky day and night. The location was great, close to our medical appointment and to plenty of shopping and dining. We were tired and rained-on, so we stayed in and had dinner and some snacks delivered, and were very happy that the Door-Dashers were able to come leave our orders at our room door, instead of us having to meet them in the lobby.
The comfortableness of our room. We didn't hear a thing as if it was soundproof. The staff was excellent. Mrs Patricia, Mr Cory, and the lighter skinned young lady(I forgot her name).

It was very clean, not even dusty anywhere, which was better than we dared hope from a roadside inn. Microwave and fridge were in working order and the water pressure in the bathroom was adequate. We stayed for just one night, breakfast in the morning was alright. There was some bread, waffles, juice and coffee which was about what we expected. Best of all, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was always somebody manning the front desk and they let us stay in the lobby after checkout while we got our things in order.
this quality inn exceeded my expectations! It was clean and very well kept. I’ve stayed at other quality inns and they were subpar. Room was clean, shower was nice and seemed new. Didn’t use the pool but that area also seemed very clean and orderly. Would definitely stay again if I’m in the area. I was very pleasantly surprised.
