I always enjoy this hotel. Except this time, one of the beds was broken or something. Not comfortable at all.
We couldn't shower there was no hot water on the shower.
Other than that, good experience .

Loved the amenities that made it feel like our own cozy cabin! Beautifully decorated. The owners popped by to say hello, and were delightful. A lot of care has been put into this cabin, and it feels so warm and welcoming! My only wish would be easier access to the lake, but then it would have been unaffordable.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
What I like about the property was the hot tub, pool and little property park next to the pool with grills that we were able to use free of charge. The bed in the rooms were comfortable with TV and fridge inside. Bathroom were clean and well maintained I enjoyed my stay in tahoe hacienda inn and the price was well worth it.
Very close to the South Tahoe lake and food options for breakfast. This Hotel was also only about a mile away from the South Tahoe village for shopping and restaurant options for dinner.
It is well located, right on the border between California and Nevada. With walking access to several businesses/restaurants/activities, the room is spacious, with a separate living area from the bedroom, double vanities, and double TVs. We enjoyed the swimming pool / hot tub, with access to seats, extra towels, and an outdoor terrace. Although we did not come prepared for it, the valet staff were super friendly. There are many breakfast and dinner options inside the resort.
Staff were great from beginning phone conversation and in person check in. Cleanliness is excellent both indoor and outdoors as well as service areas .
A very pleasant stay. The place is cozy and at walking distance from food and other amenities. The room has a keypad lock so you don't have to worry about a key getting lost or something like that. I even had a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. The manager was very friendly and helpful. I loved lake Tahoe and I will definitely look to stay at the Alder Inn.
When I first arrived, I was not happy with the view that I had expected. I contacted the front desk and they cheerfully put me in another room with a gorgeous view of South Lake Tahoe. The hotel is walking distance to a nice restaurant (Elements) where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner; plus there is a local pub (MacDuff's Pub) within a short walk.
Nicely positioned affordable motel right off the central main street in South Lake Tahoe. Trenton the manager gave us a great couple of recommendations for dinner which were only a short walk away. Plenty of parking. Great bagels and plenty of coffee in the morning for breakfast, but fruit hadn't been delivered that day. We were invited to leave our car parked after checkout while we explored the town
Absolutely loved Station House Inn. The room gives you a very rustic and comfortable vibe. it feels very cozy, clean and homely.
The staff were very friendly, it even had a lounge inside and outside for everyone to relax in instead of just staying in your room.

And the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the beach and then a few minutes the opposite way to the main strip.
