Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We were pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and homey this hotel was. We were going to stay at the Inn in Kohler but it was full and saw that this hotel had great reviews. It did not disappoint.
We loved the remoteness of the venue with the fantastic view of the lake. The room was exceedingly spacious and we instantly felt at home. The host gave us great dinner recommendations, we went to a place called the Blind Horse in Kohler. And breakfast the next day was delicious.
I am going to need that recipe for the cinnamon thing... was it a kringle, maybe? Breakfast was amazing. Little touches around the farm made it a perfect weekend getaway. If I make it back this way, this will be my stay of choice!
The breakfast spread sucked! No waffles, bacon, eggs, sausage, but I got all that at the Fairfield inn at Grand Rapids . No consistency pisses me off!!! And I paid more for the room in Sheboygan. Whoever is in charge of that needs to find a new Job!

How does it work?
1
It starts with a booking
It starts with a booking
The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
Followed by a trip
Followed by a trip
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.
3
And finally, a review
And finally, a review
After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.
