Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
From beginning to end, this stay was amazing! The staff are super friendly, the room is nice and comfortable, the pool is heated, the property has numerous drink and dining options, and the adventure center has the free kayak to explore the nearby islands.
The location and facilities were spot on. Staff was very accommodating and took care of all questions / needs immediately. Inn is close to most pubs / restaurants in Sebastian.
They do not give free breakfasts and we didn't have breakfast there however we did eat dinner at their restaurant and bar. The food was very good, the bar is super cute and huge. Music and dancing a plus.
I paid a premium price on booking.com and was told the room came with breakfast. It came with coffee no breakfast. I challenged the high price on arrival which came in as much higher than quoted with taxes and 15% of total room charge for having my dog. We waited over an hour for dinner on the river which came served on disposable plates. Room was clean, but for over $400.00 not worth it.
The Inn was beautiful and decorated so nice! Very clean and very quiet and comfortable! We had a wonderful time and Kyle was so understanding when we were running late due to and accident on I95. I would definitely stay at Davis House Inn again and recommend it to my family and friends!
I had a great one week stay in a very large and comfortable room at a perfect location. Kyle was an excellent host, we even had few margaritas together in a Mexican, a block from Davis Inn. I would recommend Davis House Inn to all the travelers.
We enjoyed the scenery and the tranquility. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Kyle, the owner, was very pleasant to talk to and to accommodate us. We had a great time and were very pleased with this inn. Restaurants were walking distance too!
