We stay here every year to celebrate Christmas with our grandkids. The hotel has a great pool and we are able to use the large open space off the lobby to play games and have a pizza party. They are SO friendly and accommodating.

Staff were exceptionally kind, responding to every request immediately and with courtesy and professionalism. Room was clean, heating system worked well, breakfast was well stocked and good variety for the genre. In-room fridge and microwave were clean, without odor, and worked well. We appreciated there's a CO detector, which is not mandatory (only smoke alarms are required in the US) but highly recommended. Window shades were fully functional and in good shape. Insulation was very good, room not drafty at all. Beds were comfortable.

The best thing and what I liked the most is that the place was very clean, very tidy up and well presented. The check in process was simple, easy and smooth. The guests and managers were very respectfull and the place was very quiet. I really liked that!
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
The Hampton Inn was very good overall. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room was spacious with a nice bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offered was very good, and the proximity to the airport, along with the convenient shuttle ride, was exactly what we needed for our early flight.
This Hampton Inn is very nice. The rooms are comfortable... the breakfast is good... the staff is always nice and helpful... but what I like best is the hotel shuttle service to and from the airport. It is so awesome to be picked up or dropped off at the airport without having to worry about getting a taxi. Thank you so much.
I used their free shuttle to and from the airport. I had a great dinner at their restaurant. Breakfast was just ok, you could toast yourself bread or a bagel, the sausage , eggs and potatoes were cold.
Room was nice and dark, I slept very well. I also ordered food delivery for dinner from a nearby restaurant, and that process went seamlessly. Airport shuttle service was very good, fast and direct for both pick up and drop off. It was nice to have my own refrigerator and microwave.
Good price and quite convenient location to O'Hare. Helpful staff. Connected to a Pizzeria Uno for easy dinner. Comfortable bed. Suites have fridge, microwave, and a sitting room. Surprisingly good coffee at breakfast.
Chose hotel for flight out next day. Suited our purpose. Room size overall good for two people. Comfortable beds. Liked that there was an inner door to close off the sitting area from sleeping area. Pizzeria/bar on site. Plenty of parking.
Easy place to stay overnight to catch a flight. Dinner and shuttle service.
