Very clean and nice place, typical motel - in walking distance to downtown area - and on Thursdays there is a local market which one shouldn't miss to pay a visit to.

For what looks like a standard motel, this place has little touches that punch above its weight. Friendly staff, good breakfast including good coffee, cute outdoor seating areas (chairs on balcony outside breakfast room, Adirondack under a tree, might even be some by the creek), local newspapers.
We were able to walk Downtown (maybe 15-20 minutes), though there are also some nice restaurants just down the block.

Great location, cozy accommodations, and friendly staff. Morro Bay is a beautiful place and these accommodations compliment the beauty even more. Conveniently located to the embarcadero making it a nice walk to shops and restaurants. I’d stay here over and over again. Thank you for a nice, relaxing stay!

Room was spotless, old world yet modern, fireplace adds warmth and ambience - turns on with a switch. Close to everything. Very warm welcome, breakfast delivered to room. Need I say more. Book it.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Staff was very nice. Welcoming. Gave us a great dinner recommendation. The hotel was full but it was very quiet. We didn't hear much noise but we were on the 4th floor.
From the lovely helpful staff and friendly guests to the yummy pancake breakfast this place is a winner
We did the scavenger hunt and discovered secrets of St Louis Obispo on foot. So fun!
Breakfast was good. The daily wine tasting was also nice. We got to meet other guests and mingled during wine tasting. Staff were all friendly. We walked downtown from the Inn, it’s an ok distance for us but may not be for others. Although we missed the farmers market because they’re only open on Thursdays. Overall a very nice place to stay. We love antiquing and there’s so many towns nearby that has great antique shops. Great location.
The inn is charming and in an excellent location. I am so happy I stayed here and really experienced downtown SLO. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was above and beyond!
I liked the decor of the room. The toiletries were natural and smelled great. The room came with a little fireplace. The grounds of the inn were nice and well lit. They had a restaurant on the property. They also provided a folder full of information that was really helpful.
