We got a room that didn't match the photos and our expectations.
We asked to change it, but the hotel was fully booked, so we had to stay there for the first night.
However, the next day we were given an upgraded suite which was amazing: lot of light, enough furniture, large bathroom.
In general - very clean suites and professional staff.
Also, stream sound from the outside.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Great facility. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast at Secco was very good. Pool and hot tub were small but nice.
The hotel is conveniently located directly at a light rail stop providing access to downtown and multiple other destinations within San Jose.
The bed is very comfy and the air conditioning very effective at rapidly changing the room temperature.
The breakfast, while sparce, does have nice cinnamon roles alongside rotating protein options (eggs, omelets, bacon, sausage, etc.)
The front staff are nice and do what they can to resolve issues.
Very, very clean, Bed was amazing, staff amazing, but the best thing I would like to say is that the SHOWER WAS WONDERFUL it had great pressure and lots of hot water ,most hotel ,inns, the water pressure sucks you have to stand write under it and hardly any hot water , I'm kind of person that loves is showers .
Very clean and quiet. John at the front desk was very helpful and delightfully humorous! Very accommodating and gave us a lot of information about the area and the various dining options around the area.
The convention center inn & suites is always where we choose to stay while in San Jose down town.
The size and cleanliness are perfect. And breakfast is also good. Dinner at the bar was delicious, and the staff were very nice.
I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Silicon Valley.
The location is convenient to Santa Clara University. The breakfast had nice, homemade salsas to go with the scrambled eggs and potatoes. Perhaps this is what you can expect from a 2 star inn.
Breakfast was good, the dinner options were a little lacking and my husband waited for an hour and a half to get a shuttle to the hotel which was not great
The Inn was close to the meeting place that I was visiting and having an excellent coffee shop next door was a treat
