Our room was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
Air conditioner kept us up much of the night and we really needed more than 3.5 hours of sleep. Also we were led to believe at least some kind of food would be available and that was untrue at 9:30 pm so no dinner. Manager was apologetic, and pleasant but won’t be using another Hyatt property.
The breakfast was better than usual hotel breakfasts, because it was put on by the in-house restaurant. We also had dinner there one of the nights and it was fantastic. The dinner was east Indian and the breakfast was American. The staff were all so nice! I asked for two adjoining rooms and they gave us two rooms next door to one another, but not adjoining. Not a big deal, since we only stayed one night on the way to our vacation and one night on the way back home. The whole facility was clean if a little worn-in.
My mother said it was the best place we stayed in our fourteen days of travel! So well appointed and comfortable; and when we were too tired to go out, we ordered in dinner and ate on the balcony and it felt just as special as a nice restaurant.
