Historic downtown at top of Main Street, great location. Historic hotel, original hardwood flooring, huge room with furnishings that were carefully selected to match the historic setting. Very comfortable. On site restaurant
serves excellent dinners, great menu variety, large portions, not overpriced. Even better than everything else, staff was welcoming, helpful, so friendly, made us feel at home.
We had such a lovely experience at The Hales Spring Inn that we decided to book a second night. We enjoyed our drives through the mountains during the day, then returning to the Inn for delicious dinners with welcoming staff. The beds and rooms are dreamy. Highly recommended.
