Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
It’s new and shinny. We stayed two nights due to weather impacting our journey. Staff was very helpful with all our needs. This will be an excellent stop in the future. If possible, stay on the side away from the freeway noise.
Glad they closed raunchy little bar off side of lobby, now it’s more pleasant around front areas.
Great location - dinner, c-store, etc, all very short walk.
Property was in a good location to break up a drive between Denver and Yellowstone. The check-in clerk was very pleasant and tried to offer suggestions of places in the area where we could find dinner.
Rock Springs is a stop over for us on road trips to Yellowstone from Colorado. This is our third time staying overnight and the Clarion was by far the best budget accommodation. Clean and spacious room. And we appreciated the restaurant that is attached to the property, no need to leave for dinner.
Very nice rooms however, we spent little time hanging out at the resort preferring to go to other properties in the complex for food and drinks. Overall the Grand Tetons ski complex is amazing during summer. A bit far from Jackson but doable if you have a car. Great restaurant for dinner. Good location but other hotels are much closer to hiking, lifts, and restaurants.
This was a decent, clean and amenable option on the road to Jackson. The staff was very friendly, rooms were absolutely fine and comfortable, you can walk to a couple of restaurants for dinner.
Breakfast was standard fair for Comfort Inn. Options were good, and hot.
