I did not stay at this motel and was supposed to be refunded but never got my refund. I had to get a room at another facility because the Red Roof Inn smelled of stale cigarettes
great location, but put us in room next door to barking dog. had to move to other end of hotel (thanks nonstop barking dog). which room stank an AC didn’t work great but managed to only have to stay up half the night burning up. Then to top it all Hampton Inn charges $50 in case you want to get something from downstairs which if I needed some from downstairs I will go out, purchase it elsewhere. I just don’t like the fact .they charge you $50 for it and then take it off at the end of your stay if you don’t use it.
Modern, clean, well-maintained facility in a great location. Friendly staff. Nice, full breakfast. Great rooms, comfortable beds. Rate did not go up during my stay. Traveling to see elderly military veteran father in assisted living facility and Hampton's location is ideal. I have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times. Thank you.
We enjoyed this Hampton Inn. Recently remodeled it had everything new and updated. Very nice breakfast and staff were kind and helpful. We traveled north to see Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Both were awesome!
Decor was modern & sleek with a strong comfy vibe. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.
I hadn't been in a Hampton Inn in a good while, but I'll surely return soon!
the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. the room was very clean and comfortable. we have a small dog and the bonus was they did not charge extra as long as you let them know you have a dog. everything was in good condition and worked well. I would
