we arrived 1 hour before check in with no one else in the hotel and was told that we had to wait until 3 pm to check in while she was on her phone talking to her friend, my wife asked how many other people were there she said no one
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening – distinguishing them from country or guest houses.
We were in town to take our son and his friend to a concert at PNC. My husband and I had dinner nearby and then had drinks at the little bar by the check in desk. Staff was great, hotel was clean, and the bed was super comfortable!! Would definitely stay there again.
The room was comfy, and the free breakfast was pretty good! While we had trouble in the beginning, the front desk staff were friendly after everything had been resolved. While the general area was difficult to navigate, the location put us near a lot of food and grocery places, which was very convenient!
The receptionist was outstanding and Cary attentive. I requested a change of room, left for dinner, and she called to verify that all was waiting for me on my return. I was both astonished and impressed by that care.
Checked in around 9 PM, the night desk attendant was phenomenal! Check in was seamless, and easy.
Curbside parking (when a spot can be found) was convenient. We were unsure how to maneuver to the garage, even with directions. We opted to park directly outside the hotel on the street.
Plenty of restaurants, not so much as to entertainment, but the ease of choices for brunch/lunch/dinner made our stay better
Holiday Inn has consistent rooms and amenities across all their properties. This location wasn't any different; room met our needs for a quick one night overnight.
It was nice. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean. The bathtub was nice as well. The location is very nice. We walked to eat dinner. Also the staff was very courteous and friendly
The staff does an AMAZING job of keeping the hotel spotless, from the public bathrooms to the breakfast bar area to the outside seating. The hotel itself is tastefully furnished and appealing. The outside seating with the gas fire pits was delightful for a post dinner gathering! (A hidden gem)
The property was located perfectly for what we needed it for. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I’m very happy with our stay at the red roof Inn.
