Very clean and nice place, typical motel - in walking distance to downtown area - and on Thursdays there is a local market which one shouldn't miss to pay a visit to.

For what looks like a standard motel, this place has little touches that punch above its weight. Friendly staff, good breakfast including good coffee, cute outdoor seating areas (chairs on balcony outside breakfast room, Adirondack under a tree, might even be some by the creek), local newspapers.
We were able to walk Downtown (maybe 15-20 minutes), though there are also some nice restaurants just down the block.
This hotel is located just 2 minutes' walk from Oceano State Park and 1.5 miles from Pismo State Beach Golf Course. It features a hot tub and suites with a kitchen.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
An economy motel that had the essentials for a good night sleep with a hot shower. Two restaurants close by, one a Mexican bar and grill and the other a converted dinning car from the early 1950 railroad. Both with good food and nice atmosphere.
Close to beach but extremely windy. Anniversary dinner only a block away. Nice size room. Kitchen and fireplace were nice too. Only used the coffee maker and refrigerator while there.
