The property was in an excellent location and was extremely welcoming. We arrived early but not a problem at all, we were treated to some warm chocolate cookies just out the oven. A very restful place to stay and everything in Edgartown is within walking distance.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
We’ve stayed at the Inn at least a dozen times over the years. Staff is wonderful. Very accommodating. Kids enjoyed the pool. The Inn is conveniently located between Oak Bluffs & Edgartown with a bus stop right in front. Night life at the restaurant with music is s big plus for us.
Breakfast was just perfect for my short timeframe. The Inn was lovely and if I was staying longer I would have borrowed the beach chairs and towels and played games, etc.
The inn itself is quaint and beautiful. The location is perfect: a block from the ocean and walking distance from the ferry, shops, and restaurants. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of yummy food, the wine and cheese gathering on the porch was fun and entertaining, and the staff is a friendly bunch who go the extra mile to care for their guests-people you’d like to call friends!
Service was great and owner/inn keeper is attentive. Never did breakfast but afternoon cookies and fresh lemonade, morning tea and other snacks were great. Awesome porch ambiance, can’t beat the location
Loved the location to town and beach. The house itself was adorable with a relaxed nod to modern edge in decor. The porch and rockers divine! Staff friendly and super accommodating! They had a charcuterie board and wine brought in for us the 1st night at our request. Yummy!! Staff even helped me to sew a missing button on my evening attire on my way out the door for dinner! So sweet. Felt at home. Good atmosphere.
The location was wonderful, as it was close to the ferry as well as walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the inn was clean and conveniently located. It also had everything you needed, like beach towels and chairs.
Good little hotel - actually more like an inn. Location was great. Staff was great and breakfast was just enough.
