First time for us at Comfort Inn Newport and the only question we have is "why didn't we stay here before?". The location is perfect with a short walk to both Bayfront and Nye Beach. The hotel is very comfortable, staff are helpful and friendly and breakfast is quite good. This is our new go to in Newport

Really nice big room with lovely sea views (although it was a bit foggy for part of our stay). Microwave and fridge in room so we bought in food and it was great to sit and look at the ocean while eating. Good breakfast provided and free parking. Very clean and comfortable. In very peaceful location with steps down to private cove. Really enjoyed our stay.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
The Inn was absolutely lovey. When we walked in, it was instantly comfortable and just all the weight lifted. We felt right at home! The property having the outdoor fire pit was so fun and relaxing as well as the room having a fireplace made it romantic and relaxing as well.
Peggy, was absolutely wonderful with helping ensure the stay was perfect. Very friendly and kind and available at any time if needed.

Everything, beginning with Peggy in the office. She is so friendly and makes sure everything is so perfect. We look forward to seeing her every time we stay. Great view, cozy, clean rooms. Everything you need to prepare food. A few steps, and you are on the sandy beach to watch the sunset.😃
The room and view were ok. We went to restaurant for breakfast Grandkids did not like cereal options nor did they want bagels/English muffins. Web page for hotel stated Danish and cinnamon rolls for breakfast.
Standard Comfort Inn, if you are familiar with them. Breakfast is typical chain fare, nothing special. But the rooms are always clean, comfortable and priced well. The desk gal was super.
The location was perfect. Close to tge beach, old town, and grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Everything was inn working order. Plenty of beds and room. Pet friendly. Really great back yard.
The room was fantastic! We loved that we had a kitchen to cook our dinner so we could enjoy our time together instead of having to go out. Our suite was very cozy and comfortable.
The place is a beautiful way for retreat setting. The innkeeper ( Mary) was incredibly a good hostess. She makes you feel at home. We enjoyed the treats she made for us n the healthiest breakfast.
