CLEAN ROOMS AND LOBBY, FRIENDLY FRONT DESK STAFF. MADISON THE FRONT DESK CLERK WAS FRIENDLY, PROMPT AND POSITIVE. SHE MADE THE CHECK IN PROCESS SUPER EASY. THE ROOM WAS ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL. THE BATHROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL, AND SPACIOUS. THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN WITH GREAT LIGHTING. MY HUSABAND AND I HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE ALONG WITH THE PILLOWS. THE SLEEP INN IS THE BEST HOTEL FOR MY HUSBAND AND I. THIS HOTEL EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. HIGHY RECOMMEND.
Declining hotel...needs updating. Disappointed for country inn and suites. They are my go to but now I have to reevaluate that. They don't take good care of this place
Tonya checked us in she was awesome! Very helpful, courteous, friendly. My husband is n a wheelchair & she put us on 1st floor as requested. We requested extra covers which she supplied. She was professional and friendly with a positive attitude and a good advertisement for Red Roof Inn. We look forward to a future stay with RRI!
This hotel is a mess! When you walk in the lobby, it looks like the hotel is closed for business, boxes piled everywhere, plastic hanging. The afternoon receptionist was rude. There were no signs posted anywhere explaining the condition of what we were seeing. Your company should be ashamed of this property and staff. We checked out after one night and we will not ever stay at a Red Roof Inn in the future.
Comfort Inn and Suites is a beautiful, clean hotel with large, comfortable rooms. It is in an excellent location near restaurants and shopping, but off the main road and safe enough for a family to stay in without having to worry.
I love that the staff was really nice especially Ms Vanessa !!! I was able to cook breakfast and dinner. The beds are very comfortable. I will be staying again soon.
This particular hotel we stay at every year for thanksgiving. It is close to shopping and restaurants and also the home where we eat thanksgiving dinner. Each time we have encountered any staff they are extremely helpful and friendly. The suite rooms are very spacious and super clean ! We normally stay with our two children and two dogs and we all are very comfortable!
No breakfast. I liked the service and employees. I will use Sleep Inn again.
