The Inn is very nice in a remote and very quiet place, next to a lake. Our room #1 was nice, bed very comfortable, lot of space and a bathroom with bubble bath. Our breakfast facing the lake, warmed by the sun.

Pretty little Inn with beautiful settings in and out~ very New England style. Restaurant on the ground floor is amusing. Staffs are friends and welcoming. The food is delicious. There is a little art gallery on the ground floor. My room size is in good size and the bed is very comfortable. The shower water is hot enough to relax my tiring muscle which is really great.

Very nice restaurant but for dinner only. The small bar in the restaurant had nice atmosphere. It's an old New England hotel, but it is kept up well, and clean. Not fancy but simple and comfortable.

I stayed in a twin room with my child for a ski event at Sunapee. The Inn was conveniently located. We LOVED the breakfast and the wood / gas stoves to dry our gear!

Paul and Yvonne were kind hosts and wonderful people. The property is gorgeous, spotless, and well-maintained. They always go the extra mile to make sure guests are comfortable and welcomed, including going shopping to make sure I had a tasty, healthy, and nutritious breakfast every day despite my specific dietary restrictions. They gave wonderful recommendations in terms of local activities and where to find farm-fresh produce at the best price. King Hill Inn was my quiet refuge to recharge after my busy days at a conference nearby.

Very cute Inn and the proprietors were very friendly and accommodating. Due to the nature of our stay, we did not partake in any of the breakfast options. They looked fantastic though-great menu with meals prepared just as you select them and very big selection. Beautiful historical building.
