The Inn was immaculate and the room was perfect! The best aspect however was the staff. From being greeted when we arrived and shown around, to the young lady who brought our breakfast to our room (within 2 minutes of ordering!!!), the team on site were fantastic! I only regret not having brought my swimming costume as the pool looked lovely!
Enjoy a good night at the Rodeway Inn in Groton, CT, conveniently located off Interstate 95. All spacious guest rooms offer cable television and a table and chairs.
Location, Location, Location! This property is across the street from "The Hole in the Wall Beach" and Niantic's Boardwalk, one of the longest boardwalks in CT over 1 mile long.

Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
Location was excellent, close to our favorite breakfast and dinner spots, grocery store and attractions. Staff was friendly and helped us discover hidden gems nearby (Lighthouse and small beach perfect for sunsets). Complementary breakfast was quick and just enough to get us going for the day.
Outlet dead in the room. Leaving my critical medical equipment uncharged overnight! Additionally, the lamp on the dresser was flashing on and off like it was arcing. Went to the front desk to report the issues and was gaslighted by the old man at the desk. Telling me that they never had a complaint about the outlet in the room and that LED lights act like that. I’m no idiot- there are electrical issues in the Inn. Sat in the room for nearly two hours yesterday morning and got a 30% charge on my iPhone!!!
Off the beaten path of the main attractions, Taber Inn was a great welcome escape. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by two gracious hosts, Angie and Joe. Our first floor room was spacious, welcoming and clean. The full size indoor pool was an added bonus. They also supplied complementary breakfast, coffee, juice, pastries and fruit and delivered to our rooms. Taber Inn was definitely worth our visit to Mystic.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and cozy! There is an ice machine on site that has convenient bags to carry the ice. The inn itself was conveniently located to many of the popular attractions.
Such an inviting inn. Joy and the owner are super friendly and helpful. The pool is fantastic as well as the location. Rooms and grounds were spotless.
The Tabor Inn was a fantastic surprise! Our room was cute, and had both a front door and a little back porch area to sit on. We were close to the tourist part of town, but not right in it. My teen enjoyed the pool quite a bit and I enjoyed sitting on the back porch. The staff were super friendly and very helpful.
Great location. The inn was very clean with nice decor. Our room was spacious with a lovely fireplace and back deck. Loved the free coffee, fruit and muffins in the morning.
Everything. The Pool was awesome! The whole property was clean. The staff were exceptionally nice and approachable. It’s close to food places. Can walk many places from the Inn. The rooms are comfortable and nice size. The shared porch is roomy and nice with 2 chairs a room with a little table. The ice machine was always functional. There was always towels and a little breakfast dropped off (coffee, fruit and donuts). Quiet place, not obnoxious.
The inn was very cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The location is walking distance to everything mystic. I will definitely stay here again.
