When I have asked for changing towerlls at night not knowing the room cleaning service is every other day, the male staff (forgot his name) brought towell and amenity set for us. It was very kind.
Perfect for rustic breaks in the countryside, an Inn is a small property with basic hotel services and typically traditional decor. Inns are fully licensed and have a bar providing food and drinks in the evening, which distinguishes them from country or guest houses.
I came to run into Chicago first, and then bicycle the great trails for which Munster is a hub. Trip into Chicago was quick and interesting and I had enough time to bicycle while I was there--then came back and found two new trails in Munster! Staff very upbeat about safety (I was able to leave my bike on its rack on the car); lady helping with breakfast was a doll and very helpful. Location great. Loved the innovation of the pump bottle amenities for the shower.
Nothing! The greatest disappointment ever. I could not believe the low level customer service provide by the night auditor. This use to be a very high caliber hotel. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.
